The Centurion 2000X Series is designed to combine protection and durability with good looks. Manufactured at our ZERO UK Plant in Birmingham out of deep drawn aluminum alloy, the design, specification and construction of these cases is based on the well-known ZERO Centurion Elite product line. Three case options are available, including the 2100X, the 2200X and the 2700X. These three different styles provide suitability for many varied applications.

For a custom look, ZERO will personalize your presentation case. Cases can be finished in your own company colors, and corporate logos can be silk-screened, laser etched or embossed onto the outer shell.

Century 2200X
For outdoor applications where electronic equipment is to be operated from an open case without damage to internal components and circuits, ZERO has designed a special extrusion to take an environmentally sealed mounting panel. Providing protection against dust and moisture, these allow for safe operation in the field. Higher sealing levels can be achieved to special order.

Alternatively, for applications where delicate electronics require screening against electromagnetic interference (EMI), utilizing the same closure system as that of the environmentally protected version, a wire mesh EMI gasket protection. Designed to provide a minimum of 45dB protection from 30MHz to 1GHz, these cases offer the specifier a secure, yet economical solution to shielding problems encountered in portable applications. Higher shielding levels can be achieved to special order.

The 2200X style is supplied with panel flange and gasket, with separable hinges and without lid stays, but otherwise to the same specification as the 2100X format.

Century 2700X
Based on the standard 2100X, the 2700X is supplied with separable hinges. This format is ideal for all applications where it is necessary to remove the lid from the base of the case quickly and easily.

The 2700X does not have lid stays, otherwise the design specification is the same as for the standard 2100X format.
