ZERO Manufacturing, Inc. offers three standard nutplate pattern configurations:

• A box equipped with nutplates and attaching hardware
• A cover equipped with nutplate screw and washer assemblies
• Moisture resistant assemblies (nutplates spaced no more than 4" apart, center-to-center)

For your convenience, we have established a recommended nutplate pattern for every outside fitting cover.  However, if you need to build to custom specifications, you may refer to the Cover Specifications table located in the technical white papers to review size requirements for each nutplate pattern. Please note that flush-fitting and inside-fitting covers may not be utilized as nutplate covers, and tight-fitting covers must be no higher than -5 or .31" for use with a nutplate.
 
When ordering any enclosure, add the required nutplate pattern as a special order. Be sure to specify the same nutplate pattern for both the enclosure and the cover.
