Felipe Alatorre

Felipe Alatorre began his career at Zero on April 11, 2011. He started at Saw Trim, where he worked for several months before transitioning to Hydro, where he operated Press 5 for about a year. Seeking new opportunities, he applied for and accepted a position in the Pierce Department, where he spent a year and a half gaining valuable experience.

 

He then worked swing shift for six months before applying for a Brake Press position, a role he held for two years. Recognized for his leadership, Felipe was promoted to a Lead position, where he served for 2.5 years. He later advanced to Supervisor, a role he held for approximately five years.

 

In November 2024, Felipe took the next step in his career by applying for the Production Manager position, continuing his growth and commitment to the company.
