Dawn Austin

Dawn Austin began her career at Zero Manufacturing in 1991, working in the Halliburton luggage area, where she dedicated more than 15 years to supporting production and operations. In 2007, she transitioned into a Production Control role, further expanding her expertise in manufacturing processes and workflow coordination.

 

In 2013, Dawn moved into the Purchasing department as a Buyer, where she played a key role in supplier management and procurement strategy. Her strong leadership and deep operational knowledge led to her promotion in 2023 to Supply Chain Manager, where she now oversees end‑to‑end supply chain activities and drives continuous improvement across the organization.
