Evan Nazal is the Chief Executive Officer of Zero Manufacturing, a leading provider of deep-drawn aluminum enclosures, cases, and components serving aerospace, defense, and high-performance industrial markets. With more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing, Evan brings a strong track record of driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable business growth.

He holds an extensive educational background in engineering and finance, allowing him to effectively align strategic vision with disciplined execution. Throughout his career, Evan has held key leadership roles, including Director of Operations, Director of Supply Chain, Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Engineering Manager, leading complex operations across aerospace, automotive, medical, and food manufacturing sectors.

 

Evan has contributed to several globally recognized organizations, including Barnes Aerospace, Precision Castparts (a Berkshire Hathaway company), Autoliv USA, Cardinal Health, and Ralcorp Holdings. In these roles, he led initiatives that improved operational performance, strengthened supply chain efficiency, and enhanced overall business profitability.

He began his professional career as an Officer in the United States Air Force, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, accountability, and mission-focused execution. Since becoming CEO, Evan has focused on fostering a performance-driven culture at Zero Manufacturing—centered on accountability, continuous improvement, and leadership development—while advancing operational performance, accelerating growth, and positioning the company for long-term value creation in demanding, mission-critical markets.
