Ingrid Marroquin serves as Director of Human Resources at ZERO Manufacturing, where she leads the company’s human resources strategy with a focus on building a strong workplace culture, developing talent, engaging employees, and supporting the needs of the business.

With more than 20 years of progressive experience, Ingrid brings a diverse background spanning human resources, benefits, technology, operations, and people leadership. Prior to joining ZERO, she served as Regional Human Resources Manager for The SEER Group and held HR leadership roles with OOCL, Blue Chip Group, Tafi, and JetBlue Airways. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives across employee relations, talent acquisition, leadership development, HR technology, benefits and retirement programs, policy development, and organizational change within complex, multi-location organizations.

Ingrid earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Salt Lake Community College. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a collaborative, practical, and people-first approach to HR leadership. Ingrid is passionate about creating environments where employees feel valued, leaders feel supported, and people and business goals can succeed together.
