Nadine Soweidan

I serve as the Quality Manager at STAR Cases LLC dba ZERO Manufacturing, where I lead the Quality team in supporting our aerospace, government, and defense customers and ensuring our products meet the high standards they expect. I oversee quality engineering, inspection, supplier quality, and the company’s AS9100 quality management system.

My focus is on strengthening processes, improving communication across teams,

and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization. I work closely with production, engineering, and leadership to address challenges, support on-time delivery, and ensure we consistently deliver reliable, high-quality products to our customers.

I’m committed to building a strong quality culture where teams take ownership, work collaboratively, and continue improving our systems as the company grows.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
